At Cherry Bomb Creations, each badge reel and topper is handmade with care and made to order. Because of the custom and handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on used, personalized, or custom items.
Returns & Exchanges
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the order arrives damaged or incorrect
- Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-returnable
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of:
- The item
- Packaging
- Shipping label
We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the item is received and inspected. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Handmade Item Disclaimer
Please understand that handmade items may contain small imperfections, slight variations, or minor differences in placement, glitter patterns, resin finish, or color. These are normal characteristics of handmade products and are not considered defects.
Color Disclaimer
Colors may appear slightly different due to monitor, phone, and screen settings.
Wear & Care
Our badge reels are designed for everyday use, but they should be handled with reasonable care. Damage caused by:
- Dropping
- Bending
- Water exposure
- Excessive heat
- Improper handling
- Normal wear and tear over time
is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Shipping
Once packages are handed over to the shipping carrier, Cherry Bomb Creations is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or carrier-related issues. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
