Thank you for shopping with Cherry Bomb Creations! Each item is handmade and carefully packaged with care. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.

Processing Time

All items are handmade and made to order unless otherwise stated.

  • Current processing times are listed on each product page
  • Processing time does not include shipping transit time
  • Business days do not include weekends or holidays
  • During holidays, launches, sales, or high-volume periods, processing times may increase

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped using USPS, UPS, or other available carriers based on package size and destination.

Shipping speeds selected at checkout apply only to transit time after your order has shipped and do not shorten processing times.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Please allow carriers up to 48 hours to update tracking information after the label has been created.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Cherry Bomb Creations is not responsible for:

  • Packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Returned packages due to address errors
  • Additional shipping fees required to resend packages

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Cherry Bomb Creations is not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays
  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages
  • Carrier-related delivery issues

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact your local carrier directly.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include:

  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Photos of the shipping label

Failure to provide photos may delay or prevent a claim resolution.

Returned Packages

Packages returned due to:

  • Incorrect addresses
  • Failure to claim the package
  • Refused delivery

may require additional shipping fees before reshipment.

Handmade Product Notice

Because our products are handmade, slight variations may occur and are not considered defects.

Local Pickup 

If local pickup is offered, customers will be contacted when their order is ready. Orders must be picked up within a reasonable timeframe.
